We achieve this by focusing our business high on ethics and inclusion fuelled by an effective family support team providing the valuable interface to our clients and marine consultants.
One of many things we are doing to achieve this is to continually keep our team up to date with the Latest Marine news. Along with regular updates to our inspectors, we also like to share our personal experiences and feedback with each other by keeping an open line of communication. This is packaged in a monthly newsletter that shares a wide range of topics, from the latest Marine news to interesting observations.
So why take the time sharing all this knowledge…at AWP we are aiming for a safer shipping industry. By sharing this knowledge with each other we hope to ensure the highest standard of reporting and inspections.
AWP Marine Consultancy Ltd has one of the largest teams of independent inspectors in Europe.
The team has been handpicked, with many trained from new recruits and vetted by an OCIMF accredited auditor. Our interview process follows a strict protocol to ensure we have only the top contractors in the industry.
All of our team members have to adhere to a minimum qualification and sea experience standard that has been set based on meetings with our clients and OCIMF members.

AWP Keeps statistics on all work under taken, any work that is outside of our KPI (Key Performance Indicator) range is being addressed immediately. All work is vetted via a digital feedback system; in the short term this allows AWP to ensure the highest quality reports.
In the long term we can look at performance trending via our system allowing us to pick up on any areas of weakness and address this via a training program.
